Day 7 – Meditation

Hi!

Yesterday’s post was about how I got some new apps to try and improve my lifestyle and challenge myself. Still, it’s too soon for me to give a proper verdict on Fabulous, but I have been loving the other app I got, HeadSpace.

HeadSpace is a meditation app which encourages you to take a few minutes out of your day to meditate. Until I got the app, I’d never tried meditation but HeadSpace has made it so much easier to learn the basics quickly and I love it. At the minute I’m meditating every night before going to sleep, and I love the relaxed and calm state which meditation leaves me in. Whilst meditating, the most surreal feeling of not being tired or energized, not being happy or upset, but just being there over comes me. I absolutely adore having time where I can just sit and regard my thoughts as they wonder through my mind. It’s great to clear my head too, and I’d recommend HeadSpace and meditation to everyone.
